This is a program designed to help you integrate mindfulness tools into your life to allow you to fully show up for the powerful adventure of pregnancy, birth, and parenting. We will practice meditation and sensory awareness to grow the ability to keep coming back to the sensations of being alive right now so you are available to show up for the moment, for yourself and your family.
I can't teach you how to be a parent but I can share powerful tools to help you be present, come what may. This program is designed to support pregnant people and partners (couples or support people) as well as mothers and couples. Mindfulness tools are incredibly helpful to prepare for birth and parenting as well as supporting your journey through parenting.
Support tools include: -Meditation and mindfulness practices -Sensory Awareness -Tools and strategies for deep relaxation -Healthy posture and alignment -Gentle movement and stretching -Creating routines and rituals
The Way it Works: 3 or 6 month commitment with live calls for 60-90 minutes every other week with mindfulness tools to practice in between, daily if possible. I will recommend movement videos and articles, books, and other resources to help you grow and meet your goals.
