This program is designed to help integrate mindfulness tools into your life to meet the transformative adventure of pregnancy, birth, and parenting with resilience and awareness. We will practice meditation and sensory awareness to grow the ability to keep coming back to the sensations of being alive right now so you are available in the moment, for yourself and your family. Only in the present moment can we be fully alive and aware of the joys and sorrows right now. Practicing being present gives us the power to be with what is happening, notice what is being asked of us, and choose how to respond.
Support tools include: -Meditation and mindfulness practices -Sensory Awareness -Tools and strategies for deep relaxation -Healthy posture and alignment -Gentle movement and stretching -Creating routines and rituals
The Way it Works: You choose to commit for 6 weeks or for 3-6 months. We can meet every week or every other week for 60-90 minutes, in person or virtually, with mindfulness tools to practice in between. I will recommend movement videos, articles, books, and resources to help you grow and meet your goals.
