Prepare Your Pelvis
For Orgasm, Fertility/Creativity, Birth and Postpartum

This is a workshop about awakening the female pelvis for better orgasms, juicy fertility/creativity, gentle birth and postpartum.  We'll use Sensory Awareness, touch, meditation, movement, breath work, Holistic Pelvic Care, and massage to increase circulation, awareness and power in the pelvic bowl.  This is about pelvic health and increasing blood flow in the muscles, tissues and organs of the pelvis.  This can improve our mental health, our sexual health, our ability to conceive (both babies and creative projects), and our ability to birth in a gentle empowered way full of awareness of how our pelvic bowls function.  Bringing awareness to the pelvis is also important after having a baby to get to know your new body.  We awaken the pelvic bowl to bring more pleasure to our lives.

This class is for anyone with a female pelvis. This is for you if you’re wanting better orgasms, to enjoy sex more or to awaken pleasure in your life. It’s for you if you’re wanting to boost your fertility to make babies or if you are feeling stuck and wanting to juice up your pelvis and your creativity. This is for you if you are pregnant and want awareness practices to bring you into empowered embodiment for a gentle birth. These practices may help prevent tearing and shorten the pushing phase. This is for you if you’ve had babies and want to know your brand new pelvis. It’s for you if you’re wanting more life force energy.

We’ll start with meditation and Sensory Awareness to quiet the mind and drop into the body.  Then we can work with the jaw by massaging the muscles inside the cheeks.  We might be able to feel the pelvic floor relax as we melt tension in the muscles of the jaw.  We can map out the pelvis from the outside with our hands, feeling the bones, shape, size, weight of the whole pelvic bowl.  Taking time to worship the female pelvis and bring awareness to this area.  I won’t do internal pelvic work during the group classes but will send home short videos, 10-20 minutes, with practices that you can do for yourself or with a partner.  We will explore the vulva, labia majora and minora, the clitoris and clitoral hood, perineum, and all around the butt.  We can explore the g-spot, cervix, and the side walls of the vagina.   There will be time for questions and shares.

We’ll meet for 3 Tuesdays from 1-2pm MST: May 12, 19 & 26
Plus 10-20 minute practice videos sent home each week to do on your own time

A Mindfulness Series For Mothers

Mothering is important and powerful.  Meditation and Sensory Awareness practices help us grow the strength and resilience we need as mothers to meet the unpredictable and intense challenges of raising a family.  By practicing mindfulness tools we can grow our intuition and resilience to respond to whatever comes our way.  Awareness of the mind and body helps us enjoy the joyful moments and navigate the stressors without losing our minds.  And when we lose our minds we have our Mom Village to return to, to fill up our tanks and be held by community.  We’re in this together! 

In this series we can deeply integrate these practices into our daily lives, while being held by community.  It will be a cozy intimate gathering for mothers anywhere on the journey from pregnant mamas, to new moms, experienced mothers, to grandmas.  This is a wonderful way to prepare for birth.  All are welcome.  Feel free to nurse babies, bring kids, or take this time for yourself.   Each week there will be tools and practices to take with you.

Meditation and Movement for Women

This is an opportunity to come together to be replenished and nourished by stillness, sensuality, and community.  We share our voices, practice mindful movement, meditation, and sensory awareness.  These are tools that bring us back to the present moment, to the breath, to the sensations of being alive.  For one hour we give ourselves the gift of time to replenish and relish in moments of pause. We can notice the waves of breath filling and emptying, cleansing and nourishing and we can be held by community.  In our time together we will learn tools and practices that can help us find deep relaxation and nourishment so that we can return to our lives replenished and renewed to be our best selves.

This is a 6-week series where we commit to practicing so we can grow together as a community.  It can take time to let these meditations and movement practices sink into our bones.  It's fine if you need to miss a week and between sessions there will be tools to practice to integrate mindfulness into our everyday lives.
